💼 **Available Positions:**
1. **Estate Manager** — 1 post
🎓 Graduation (16 years of education) in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience. Retired Armed Forces officers are preferred.
💰 Salary range: Rs. 125,000–250,000.
2. **Estate Affairs Officer** — 1 post
🎓 Graduation (14 years of education) in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 6 years of related experience.
💰 Salary range: Rs. 45,000–115,000.
3. **Building Inspector** — 1 post
🎓 Relevant graduation or DAE Civil, with the required practical experience in building control, civil works or building bylaws. AutoCAD/drawing skills are required.
💰 Salary range: Rs. 40,000–90,000.
